We offer quality range of falling film evaporators & forced film evaporators that is known to offer efficient evaporation of solvents and chemicals under vacuum.  As falling film evaporators has low contact time it becomes ideal for heat-sensitive product such as milk, fruit juice. Falling Film Evaporators are also characterized by very low pressure drops and are often used in deep vacuum applications.

Phase change heat exchangers manufactured from quality tested components and are available in varied capacities, models and sizes. Available in customized specifications, phase change heat exchangers are used either to heat a liquid to evaporate (or boil) it or used as condensers to cool a vapor and condense it to a liquid.

Features and specifications of phase change heat exchangers :

• In chemical plants and refineries, reboilers used to heat incoming feed for distillation towers are often heat exchangers
• To conserve energy and cooling capacity in chemical and other plants, regenerative heat exchangers can be used to transfer heat from one stream that needs to be cooled to another stream that needs to be heated, such as distillate cooling and reboiler feed pre-heating.

-        Solvent recovery and/concentration by heating and evaporation in flash separator.

-        High capacity axial flow pump circulates liquid between calandria & flash separator.

-        The high velocity in calandria tubes prevents boiling in the tubes and promotes flashing in the separator.

-        This eliminates scaling of heat transfer surface during precipitation or crystallization when the liquid attains higher concentrations.

-        Multiple effect arrangement provides steam economy.
